Yogi Level Classes are designed to take your practice to the next level. We recommend that you have an adequate knowledge of the fundamentals of yoga and feel comfortable linking breath with postures at a dynamic pace. These classes will introduce intermediate and advanced postures that require greater strength and stamina than our Beginner Classes. The largest selection of our classes are at the Yogi level. This is a great place to explore and define the yoga style(s) that is right for you.
